Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a refund, please contact us at pardasansar2003@gmail.com with your order details or directly raised a return or refund request in order page in my account and reason for the refund request.
Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We will process your payment for refund within 24 – 48 hours once we received the item.
The amount is credited within 2 – 5 days by original mode of payment once we received the item.
Returns
You may return any unused or undamaged item within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement.
To initiate a return, please contact us at pardasansar2003@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition, with all tags attached.
Please note that personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, you may request an exchange for a replacement.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at pardasansar2003@gmail.com with your order details and description of the issue.
Normally, once a request for an exchange is received, one of our delivery agents will pick the order from your address in 24-48 hours of receiving the request. Once it has arrived at our warehouse, quality checks will be done, post which the replaced order is delivered to you within 7-8 days of time.
Once customer will receive the order within 7 Days, they have to place a request within 7 days & the exchange request will be accepted within 7 days.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Refund & Returns Policy on the pardasansar.in.
