Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with our Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

1) Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact our support team via phone or email with your order details.

Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. For customized or made-to-measure curtains, cancellations may not be possible once production begins.

2) Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following scenarios:

  • Order was cancelled before dispatch as per the above timeline.
  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product (with proper evidence provided).
  • The product was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by our courier partner.

Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as dislike of color, texture, or measurements provided incorrectly by the customer for custom products.

3) Refund Process

Once your return or cancellation request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 7–10 working days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card, net banking).

Please note: The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4) Return of Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide unboxing photos or videos clearly showing the issue and the original shipping label.
  • We will review the case and arrange a return pickup if eligible.

Once the returned product passes inspection, a replacement or refund will be processed.

5) Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or tailored curtains.
  • Products purchased under clearance or final sale.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
